1. Service Coverage

This service includes:

• Inspection of prongs and claws
• Tightening of loose stones (if structurally safe)
• Assessment of wear and tear
• Basic professional cleaning (if applicable)

Regular inspections help prevent stone loss and extend the life of your jewellery.

2. Eligibility

This service is available for jewellery purchased directly from Southern Star Diamonds. Proof of purchase may be required.

3. Exclusions

This complimentary service does not cover:

• Replacement of missing stones
• Damage caused by impact or misuse
• Repairs resulting from third-party alterations
• Extensive structural rebuilding

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs to and from our service center.

We recommend annual inspections for frequently worn pieces such as engagement rings.
