Resize Policy

At Southern Star Diamonds, we understand that the perfect fit is essential, especially for engagement rings and fine jewellery. We are pleased to offer a professional resizing service to ensure your jewellery fits comfortably and securely.

1. Complimentary Resize

We offer one complimentary resize for eligible ring purchases within 60 days of delivery, provided:

• The ring is in original, unworn condition
• The resize required is within a reasonable size range (typically up to ±2 sizes)
• The design allows for safe resizing

Certain ring styles, including eternity bands, tension settings, intricate pavé designs, or fully custom pieces, may have resizing limitations.

2. Resize Limitations

Resizing may not be possible if:

• The ring features continuous diamonds around the band
• The design integrity would be compromised
• The size adjustment exceeds structural safety limits

Our team will assess each piece individually to ensure durability and long-term wearability.

3. Resize Costs (After Complimentary Period)

After the complimentary period, resizing fees may apply depending on:

• Metal type (gold, platinum, etc.)
• Complexity of the design
• Degree of size adjustment

Shipping charges may also apply.

4. Important Notes

Southern Star Diamonds is not responsible for damage caused by resizing performed by third-party jewellers. Any external modifications void service guarantees.
