Transparency and trust are fundamental to our brand. Every diamond sold undergoes rigorous inspection to ensure quality and authenticity.

1. Pre-Dispatch Quality Control

Before shipment, each diamond is:

• Verified against its certification number
• Examined for visible imperfections
• Inspected for secure setting (if mounted)
• Cross-checked for grading consistency

2. Customer Inspection Period

Customers are encouraged to inspect their diamond immediately upon delivery. Any discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

3. Independent Verification

Customers may obtain third-party verification; however:

• The diamond must remain unaltered
• Certification details must remain intact
• Any damage during external inspection voids return eligibility

4. Ethical Sourcing

All diamonds sold by Southern Star Diamonds are conflict-free and sourced in compliance with international ethical standards.
