At Southern Star Diamonds, every piece of jewellery is crafted with precision, care, and high manufacturing standards. To reflect our commitment to quality, we offer a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty on all our diamond jewellery. 

This warranty covers manufacturing defects related to craftsmanship under normal wear and use. If a genuine manufacturing fault is identified, we will assess the item and, where applicable, repair or replace the affected component at our discretion.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by regular wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, unauthorised repairs, resizing by third parties, loss of stones, or changes caused by everyday impact over time. Jewellery is delicate by nature, and variations may occur with regular use.

To help preserve the beauty and integrity of your jewellery, we recommend routine care, proper storage, and periodic professional inspections. Any service or alteration performed outside our workshop may void this warranty.

This Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty is offered as a gesture of confidence in our craftsmanship and applies only to the original purchaser. Warranty coverage is subject to evaluation and approval by our team.
