No. A$500 is an initial reservation deposit for an eligible order. Our team will confirm the complete ring price and the remaining payment schedule before you pay.

Can I reserve a ring before choosing every detail?

Contact our team to discuss where you are in the process. We can help with your design and diamond selection, then confirm what can be reserved and on what terms.

Will production start as soon as I pay A$500?

Not automatically. The required production payment and final design specifications must be confirmed first. Any additional payment required before manufacturing will be explained in advance.

Is the reservation deposit refundable?

Cancellation and refund conditions depend on your agreed order terms and whether sourcing, design or manufacturing work has started. Ask our team to confirm these conditions before payment. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.
